Real Men Prevent Violence Against Women.

Zonta Club of Naga & Camarines Sur, Philippines (District 17, Area 5), at GNN TV48 talked about Zonta International and the campaign to STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN. The club said they believe that awareness raising and community mobilization that includes media is important component of an effective prevention strategy.

The club also met with the doctors at Bicol Medical Center and SAY NO to violence against women.

The Zonta Club of Kitchener-Waterloo wanted to mark the 16 days in a way that might resonate with the community. Sixteen members of the Club are hoping to make a difference by speaking out on an aspect of violence against women and children that is particularly meaningful to them.

The Z and Golden Z Club of Saint Michael’s College of Laguna created a human chain formation to show their stand: Say No to all forms of violence against women and girls.

The Zonta Club of Franklin NC, the Franklin Fire and Rescue, the Macon County Sheriff’s Department and the Franklin Police Department joined together to battle violence against women and children. Orange ribbons, commemorating the effort, were displayed on departmental vehicles.

The Zonta Clubs of The Bahamas launch 16 days of Activism Against Gender Violence.

This video documents the collaboration between the the Zonta Club of Cremona, Italy and artist Grazia Gabbini, who has created a series of interactive work, which is carried out jointly with the public, to raise awareness of the growing problem of violence against women. The art gallery TRIANGLE , the association staff A Kind of Space and many friends have joined the project and told them NO to Violence.
