The Zonta Club of Pori I and Pori II, Finland, collaborated with the Soroptimist International Pori to light the Pori City Hall in orange lights from 25-29 November to raise awareness on violence against women.
For the fourth year, the Zonta Club of Pori I wrapped orange scarves around statues in Pori on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. These activities aim to get people to ask about the meaning of the color orange, which means hope, and boost awareness of gender-based violence.
