Z club students with Congresswoman Nam In-Soon and Unna Huh, the president of District 32, Area 1.

Z club members from District 32, Area 1 visited South Korea’s National Assembly and Rep. Nam In-soon of the Minjoo Party of Korea to share information about the Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign.

The group met during an advocacy meeting in Seoul, South Korea on 21 September.  Z club students, Congresswoman In-soon and Unna Huh, the president of District 32, Area 1, were all in attendance.

The young members discussed ways to support the congresswoman’s efforts to protect the right of girls and victims of sexual violence. 

Now, the Z club members are planning to write a petition to both the president of Korea and the Minister of Justice to support Rep. In-soon.
